All repairs come with a 12 month guarantee.

If you cannot visit our shop, please securely package your repair to prevent any further damage and use a secured postal/delivery service and send to ;

We will notify you as soon as we receive your repair.

We will purchase any scrap gold/silver.

We will only purchase certain second hand watches that are of specific brand / condition and must have original boxes / paperwork.

Please ask for more info in store or via the contact information.

If you have any issue with any work carried out, please contact us as soon as possible and we will act immediately to meet your requirements.

Jewellery:

We can repair a huge range of items including rings, bracelets, necklaces, earrings and bangles.

Anything from ring sizing to broken chains or necklaces. No repair is too small or too big.

Watches:

We can repair quartz and mechanical watches new and old.

Vintage and antique watches also pocket watches, if parts are available .

Some modern watches are out of our capabilities due specific tooling required. This is a small percentage of watches.
